Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to see you go and would appreciate hearing about any issues that you may have.

In order to cancel your registration, send an email to [email protected] with the name of your child and the reason for your cancellation

To be eligible for a refund, see the table below

** Custom jerseys and/or caps in the 13 - 18 year old divisions must be paid for regardless of any cancellation fee!

Credit Card Charge Back and Dispute Fee

Starting Dec 4, 2019 - A $3 transaction fee will be charged by the website on each credit card transaction. If you pay in full, the fee will be $3. If you select a payment plan, $3 will be charged to each of your payments.

A $35 dollar fee will be imposed on your account if you dispute a charge in relation to your registration with FTBL.

Due to recent credit card dispute, FTBL is charged $35 per dispute regardless of the outcome of the dispute remediation. This $35 fee will now be applied to your account to offset the cost of the dispute.

Charges to your credit card will display BlueSombrero or SportsConnect as the merchant name. If you are unsure of the charge, please contact us first to review before disputing the charge.
