SPRING BASEBALL

Baseball program for boys ages 4 to 18, and for girls ages 4-7.
For baseball, the league age is determined as of April 30, 2026
For all new players, a copy of their Birth Certificate may be required.
We may try to organize a few games with neighboring towns (Both home and away game) to add some variety to the program.
Teams are formed via draft process in the Minors, Majors, and Babe Ruth 13-15 divisions. In order to be eligible for the draft, your registration must be completed by Sunday February 22, 2026.

SPRING SOFTBALL

Girls ages 8-12 will be allocated on 8U, 10U, and 12U teams based on skills and age. There could be more than one team at each age level.

Girls ages 4 to 7 are encouraged to register for Softball's Spring Rookies Clinic. There will be 8 sessions, 1 per week, led by an experienced softball coach. Players will learn good foundational skills and basic rules while having fun in a team environment.

The season opens late March / early April. Playoffs will begin mid to late May.
Game will be played on Sundays and Saturday evenings.
This is a travel program. Games will include play in other towns. Players require their own transportation to games.
A total of 8-10 games, weather dependent, followed by playoffs.
Players uniform cost is separate. [If you did not play in the Summer/Fall of 2025 on Franklin 8U/10U/12U you may need to purchase new uniform set, The Softball director will reach out to you to confirm the size and cost of the full or partial uniform set.

8U - 12U Game Schedule: Will be released a few weeks before opening day.

FEE BREAKDOWN

* In addition to the registration fee, A $40 Facilities Maintenance fee and a $110 refundable work bond per household will be added to your registration cost. Work Bond will be refunded to those who volunteer to coach on the team or those who volunteer 10 hours for other activities throughout the season. Each team has limited coaches spots . Preference will be given to those who sign up early as team volunteers.

* All players are required to pay the Facilities Fee of $40 ($20 for each additional sibling) and a $110 work bond per family. The $110 work bond is refundable after the parent/family has completed the required voluntary hours . The $20 Facilities charge for Siblings will be offset with a $20 sibling discount.

NOTE: A $3 transaction fee is charged by the website on every credit card transaction. This $3 fee is retained by the website portal and is non-refundable. If you pay in full, the fee will be $3. If you select a payment plan, $3 will be charged to each of your credit card payments.
